Want to learn about how a sustainable farm works in the modern world? Reconnect with the land and try a little farming yourself at the scenic Battle Hill Farm Forest Park.

We’ve got a whole range of activities for you to get involved in. Get a sneak peek into a working farm, take a closer look at our woolly friends, see the skilled farm dogs at work rounding up the sheep and feed the freshwater tuna (eels).

There’ll be show jumping demonstrations from the Pāuatahanui Pony Club, marshmallow toasting and nature play by Nature School, as well as plenty of outdoor fun for the whole whānau. We’ll also have plenty of food trucks on site to keep your bellies full!

As this is a working farm, please leave your dogs at home.
