Art Show - CWEA

WEA will showcase artworks by students and tutors many of whom have been creating art for years. This is a great opportunity to appreciate the talent of our artists and maybe even purchase an original artwork, print or card. Entry to the show is free and it is a great school holiday activity for the family. The impetus for the show came from a dedicated group of students from Linda Hart’s “Skills for Painters” course who exhibited at Eastside Gallery last year. While you are there you can also review the courses, workshops and lectures we offer in Term 3 which starts on Monday 24th July. Situated opposite the Art Gallery on Gloucester Street and close to the Matariki holiday light display if you want to make an afternoon and evening of art.
