10 years after the original 'Classics at the Cove', Mangawhai local, Karam David returns with 'the goods' + 1 more, bringing us 'The Good Shit'.
School buddy Chris Dent from Maungaturoto won the 2018 'Best Folk Artist Aotearoa Music Award', with his trio 'Albi and the Wolves', they fill hearts with hope with their uplifting and relatable alternative indie songs. Albi and the Wolves are fresh from an Australian tour where they met with 'Barleyshakes', Australia's top Irish band. Brewed in Ireland and distilled in Australia, the Barleyshakes are a Celtic band with worldly influences, combining intense energy, beautiful harmony and driving dance rhythms in their live performance.
These three bands are joined by Whangarei local Micheal Noagh and his band the 'Social Graces'. This night will be a ripper, prepare to dance and smile. Set in the stunning grounds overlooking Bream Bay
This Eclectic evening will be the Waipu summer event to remember and is the second of 'Classics at the Cove Summer Series of events' 2023.
