Acro On the Beach

We're excited to host another Acro Workshop and Jam this April at Browns Bay beach (opposite the Stoned Cow Cafe).

Come join us on Sunday, 30th April 9:30-11am to learn more about partner yoga, otherwise known as Acro Yoga!

If you're a beginner, you can expect to walk away knowing key Acro poses, such as bird, throne, chair and perhaps side-couch. For our intermediate Acro Yogis, we'll aim to teach cartwheel and tik toks - focusing on transitions between some fundamental shapes.

You can come along with a partner, or come solo and we'll pair you up. Previous experience is not required.
