Yin Yoga & Sound Journey: CANCELLED

THE JOURNEY
Join Ceremony Woods for an afternoon of bliss. Her Yin Yoga journey is guided by her gentle voice and her magical music on the hand pan, crystal bowl and guitar. She has a gift to create a safe space for you to go deep, to let go and recharge. Yin Yoga is accessible for everyone, no experience is required. We work with gravity and the support of bolsters and blocks to help the body open up. The sound elements add a layer of bliss to the practice. At the end of the journey there will be a little ceremony. Bring a plant-based dish to share for the potluck dinner. This will be a great opportunity to connect with each other and share.

THE SCHEDULE

3:30 PM arrive at Kawai Purapura Retreat Centre, Covid test takes 15 minutes
3:45 PM go to Lotus venue, set yourself up for the journey
4 PM Yin Yoga & Sound Journey starts
6 PM Pot luck dinner in Lotus venue or outside on the lawn
Please bring your own yoga equipment if possible: yoga mat, blanket, bolster, block. We will provide you with what is missing – for safety reasons you might feel more comfortable to use your own.

TICKETS
Tickets are $45 per person. This includes a rapid antigen covid test upon arrival.
