Winter Yoga Workshop Series: Yamas and Niyamas

Laura Rowe has been teaching yoga for 6 years. She fell in love with the practice in America over 10 years ago and has taught internationally through Australia and Southeast Asia while working in the wine industry. Recently making the move to call Marlborough home, Laura teaches a variety of styles from Power Vinyasa Flow to Yin.
