Winter Yoga Workshop Series: Hip Mobility

Yoga at Rock Ferry Wines Winter Workshop Series with instructor Laura Rowe for our 3-hour workshops followed by complimentary wine tasting and nibbles.

This month’s workshop is a Hip Mobility workshop on September 11th focusing on range of movement and stability in the hips, and how to utilize important muscle groups for a mindful yoga practice.

Laura Rowe has been teaching yoga for 6 years. She fell in love with the practice in America over 10 years ago and has taught internationally through Australia and Southeast Asia while working in the wine industry. Recently making the move to call Marlborough home, Laura teaches a variety of styles from Power Vinyasa Flow to Yin.
