Tukutuku panels are the panels that traditionally stand inside a meeting house between the carvings, helping to tell the stories of the history of an area and its people.

This course covers:
- Maori culture and the story of some traditional patterns.
- Traditional materials and how to use them.
- Make your own small tukutuku panel to keep.

You will be able to use these skills with traditional materials for traditional purposes or with contemporary materials for modern art pieces.
