2022 WAYZGOOSE

The Association of Handcraft Printers invites letterpress printers, printmakers, bookbinders, book artists and calligraphers to their annual Wayzgoose which is being held out of Auckland for the first year. The Wayzgoose features a number of events and culminates in a dinner at The Thirsty Whale, Ahuriri, Napier.

PROGRAMME
Friday 16 September
2.00pm - MTG Visit, 90 minutes, National Tobacco Building, Ahuriri, Napier - RSVP required

Saturday 17 September
9.00am - Informal meet up for coffee, one hour, No. 5 Cafe & Larder, 248 State Highway 51, Mangateretere, Hastings
10am - noon - Studio Visit Havelock North, two hours, Imprimo, 4 Ayrshire Drive, Brookvale, Havelock North
10am - noon - Studio visit Hastings, two hours, Neighbour’s Press, 405 Windsor Ave, Parkvale, Hastings (corner Windsor Ave & Howard St)
(to avoid congestion, please do not all go to the same studio at the same time)

Middle of the day - free time for lunch

3.00pm - Swap Meet - swap | sell | buy, two hours, Deco Print, 16 Swan Street, Napier
4.30pm - Raffle is drawn at the Swap Meet
6.30pm - Wayzgoose Dinner, The Thirsty Whale, 62 West Quay, Ahuriri, Napier $50 per person for 3 course meal, Guest speaker: Ruth Cobb, PrintNZ
