Waikato River Trails Summer Sizzler 2023

The Waikato River Trails Summer Sizzler on Saturday, 7 January is the perfect way to launch 2023.

Taking in the beauty of the area, this awesome summer running and walking event on the Waikato River Trails with three distances: 22km, 11km and 6km.

All distances run alongside the Mighty Waikato River and finish on the shores of Lake Maraetai in Mangakino Village. Every participant gets a medal on completion and free photos from Photos4Sale.

Registration and the finish for all events is at the Mangakino Lakefront and we have a bus service available (must be pre-booked) leaving from the Mangakino Lakefront to take you to your start location.
