Upper Hutt Air Cadets Recruiting Night

13-15 or starting year 9 in 2023?

Come along to our recruiting evening at our Squadron Headquarters, Building CA88 off Gaba Tepe Way, Trentham Military Camp, Upper Hutt and see what you could be doing next year.

The Air Cadets is about fun, finding out about yourself and learning new skills along the way.

You could be taking the controls of a glider or light aircraft before you can get your driver's licence. Or maybe learn about firearms safety and go for your shooting competency. Or go bush, tramping and camping and learn how to look after yourself in the field.

Later on, you could go on a leadership course at an NZDF base, go on a flying or gliding course or travel overseas.

Important: As the recruiting evening is inside Trentham Military Camp, registration is essential to get onto the camp. We need details of everyone who is coming (i.e family / whanau as well as potential recruits). Over 15-year-olds may need to produce photo ID at the main gate.
