Meet friends at Up Late for a unique Friday night out!
For after-work drinks with colleagues, a date night that is not the usual restaurant, or starting your weekend with something fun come along to OM!
The whole Museum will stay open until 9pm with live music with singer/songwriter Kat Ralph and pianist Finn Butler. Our Café is open for wine, beer, delicious platters and shared tapas plates.
This Up Late we’ll be getting crafty with workshops and free themed tours on offer. It’s also the perfect opportunity to check out our new Anatomy Lessons exhibition in Animal Attic after hours!
Wander through the galleries, Tūhura Otago Community Trust Science Centre and Tropical Forest and make the most of a night out at the Museum. At 6pm, our Perpetual Guardian Planetarium will host a special Dunedin Astronomy display before flying you through the universe, and we have free hourly mini-talks with our expert Museum Guides!
This is an occasion not to be missed!
Entry to the Museum is free, regular ticket prices apply to Tūhura and Planetarium screenings.
