Unwinding with Binding

On Tuesday 22 November 5.30-7.30pm, we are holding a free one-off book making workshop at Hastings Library. Facilitated by members of the local Keirunga Book Arts group, it will be a practical introduction to the world of book arts, and a fun time of creativity, even if you have no prior experience with book making.

We’ll provide everything you need to create a small notebook. It will feature a simple cover, pages made from a choice of textured papers (or your own materials), and a sewn binding.
Give as a gift or use for writing your own stories; then use the techniques to get creative at home.

No special skills required.

We may take photographs or video recordings during events and programmes which may be used in Council promotional material.
