This October Spring into Summer!
Spring is here and we are relishing the seasonal shift and the opportunity it brings for a fresh start, creating positive habits and rituals.
We are organising an October-long Spring into Summer challenge to help our students hit the reset button and celebrate the beginning of a new season. We aim to inspire new and current students to revitalise the energy their bodies and minds have been hibernating over winter. Consider what seeds you want to sow for the longer days of summer ahead and find out where you want to ground your roots.
Working with the guidance of the yamas and niyamas (they're like a yogic road map to guide you on your life's journey) we also encourage participants to cut out or reduce; alcohol, coffee and refined sugars. It’s a spring clean for the entire system! We also suggest going plastic-free to support the health of our earth.
We offer participants unlimited classes, admittance to eight events including an opening and closing circle, a silent disco, two workshops and beach yoga with Chai, a karma yoga estuary clean-up, and a Vinyasa meets dance class with Bex.
For those who enrol for the entire challenge there will be a prize draw with a bag of goodies, including a shakti mat. One entry for every class attended.
