Purpose of the conferences.
The many conferences taking place in almost every corner of Aotearoa New Zealand are part of an unprecedented series of global conferences, exploring the inherent oneness of humanity and the contribution each of us can make for the betterment of the world and for our neighbourhoods.
Families are especially welcome. In addition to the main program, sessions will be offered for children (5-11 years) and junior youth (12-15 years) at the same time.
Human society advances and progresses when the qualities of cooperation and mutual assistance are drawn upon. These conferences provide a concrete process for that to happen. They are also aimed at enabling participants to gain insights from experiences in Bahá’í community-building activities, initiatives undertaken for social action, and efforts to contribute to prevalent discourses.
