Owner of Urban Ashram yoga studio in Ponsonby and the mind behind the Ralston teaching method, Nikki is committed to honouring the ancient practice of yoga while making it functional and relevant for the modern lifestyle.
AMBER JANE HOWELLS: With both national and international experience under her belt and having owned her own studio, Amber is passionate about creating transformative change and personal growth through yoga and mindfulness.
A Holistic Health Practitioner, yoga teacher and advocate for holistic healthcare, Amber Jane will be leading our restorative practice.
