The Enchanted Ball Supporting Te Mata Park sold out in 2019, 2020 & 2021.

Set in an idyllic secret location with the stunning surrounds of the Hawke’s Bay landscape, the location sets the scene for the most magical of celebrations.
The mystery of The Enchanted Ball is set to be revealed as guests venture into the secret location, with the locally produced fare, live music, DJ's, performers, and an outstanding selection of beverages.

Ticket Includes:
- Beverage package includes a selection of premium beer from Peroni, wine, bubbles, Three Wise Birds Cider, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Locally produced street-style fare served throughout the evening by Orton's from live food stations.
- Return transportation through our partners Nimon's Buses to the secret location from Napier, Hastings & Havelock North by pickup points.
- Live music.
- Art installations.
- Entertainment throughout the evening including, performers and much more.

Tickets are strictly R18 and limited, once they are sold out there will be no more released.

Transportation - Nimons / Tranzit
Due to the nature of this event being at a ‘Secret Location’, transportation is included in the ticket, which includes pickup before the event and drops off at the completion of the event back to the pick-up locations. There will be three pickup points, one in Havelock North, one in Hastings, and one in Napier. The exact pickup points for each location will be sent out via email prior to the event. This year we will have a roving bus which will be departing the venue at approx 9.00pm and 10.30pm.

Catering - Orton's
The Enchanted Ball catering differs from the standard style of sit-down catering usually served up at a ball. Each person will be able to order and receive fare when they are ready for it. The catering will be available all night, to eat at your own convenience in a street style service.

Dress Code
Black Tie - (One of The Murkier Dress Codes)
Men have the option of either wearing a tuxedo or a dark suit and a tie. Because men have the option of dressing in a more casual manner, the dress code is open for women too, who can wear anything from a long dress to a cocktail number. We think the only way to sum this up is to say, dress to impress.

Te Mata Park is the jewel in Hawke's Bay's crown. 'The Sleeping
Giant' has a significant and commanding presence in every way - a landmark with outstanding geological, ecological, recreational, spiritual, and cultural significance. Te Mata Park is a vital recreational asset for our community and a popular attraction for tourists to the region. The Park is a magnet for walkers, runners, mountain bikers, and paragliders, attracting 1 million visitors every year. It is managed by the Te Mata Park Trust Board, which is made up of 7 volunteers from our local community. Te Mata Peak Trust is delighted to be the recipient of the proceeds from this popular Hawke’s Bay event. "Thank you to all the team behind the Enchanted Ball, for your outstanding support" - Te Mata Peak Trust. We will conduct a live auction at the beginning of the evening. All the proceeds from these auctions will be donated to the Te Mata Peak Trust. When you purchase a ticket to The Enchanted Ball, there is an option of a donation to the Te Mata Peak Trust, we encourage all participants to make a small donation with their purchase. Etiquette and The Flagship Events Company will make a donation to the Trust at the completion of The Enchanted Ball.
