The Cecilian Singers 40th Anniversary Concert: CANCELLED

The Cecilian Singers has been performing choral music for over 40 years, in Christchurch and other Canterbury venues, the North island and Australia. This celebration concert features Britten's Ceremony of Carols, a work the Singers have performed and recorded before, again accompanied by Helen Webby on the harp. Other exciting repertoire features harp and 2 French horns (Brahms, op. 17, a cycle of 4 songs in varied styles), and Gyorgy Orban's Mass No. 9, with virtuoso piano accompaniment.
