Over 600 secondary school students from the Canterbury/West Coast region will present choral music, to an adjudicator, in sessions from 9am-3pm, then to a public audience at a Gala concert in the Town Hall auditorium, starting at 6:30pm and finishing at approximately 9:30pm.
The top choirs will also be competing for places in the Big Sing National Finale to be held in Christchurch 25-27 August this year.
Daytime session tickets are available at the Town Hall box office. The evening Gala tickets are available online through Ticketek.
