The 2022 Executive Leadership Programme
- An Australasian Leadership Institute event

A 3-day on-person programme followed by 6 months of coaching support

Background:
Companies need to be developing leaders who exhibit high standards of integrity, take responsibility for their actions, and make decisions based on enduring principles rather than short-term expedience. The best leaders are authentic leaders—people whose inner compass guides their daily actions and enables them to earn the trust of subordinates, peers, and shareholders. In this Executive Leadership Programme, you will uncover, analyse, and strengthen the unique characteristics that enable leading with authenticity and purpose—and become the type of outstanding leader you most admire.

Who should attend:
Individuals who have been identified as having high potential and have a desire to accelerate their career

Programme:

Day 1: Leading Yourself
On the first day we will focus on the psychology of Leadership, exploring emotional & social intelligence

Day 2: Leading A Team
On the second day we will explore how to build & lead a high performing team, in addition to how to address poor performance.

Day 3: Leading Without Authority
On the final day we look at how to influence people who do not report to you e.g. senior management, stakeholders etc

Ongoing coaching
After the 3-day programme each participant will receive 6 months of 1-on-1 coaching.

Testimonials:
‘Most valuable time spent ever - do it!” - Dr Penny Warring - ACC

“Well worth while. Very complex situations and topics delivered in a very simple manner with practical solutions” - Kasey King - New Zealand Rugby League

“Concepts are very practical, examples and illustrations are very useful and relevant. A lot of things introduced are quite new to me and not similar to other leadership workshops” - Jay Villapando, Oxfam

“It’s a good workshop that doesn’t overwhelm you with tons of information. It has very practical examples/videos. The speaker makes the whole session very smooth and easy to follow. Time just flew, I’ve learnt and have many things to think about to make a change for myself” - Minerva Manzano, AUT

“Do it, the The fundamentals of leadership that I learnt are very much applicable to my current role. I work in a non-profit organisation and thought that a lot of things wouldn’t apply to my customers but it certainly wasn’t the case” - Joey Bonnevie, Catholic Diocese of Auckland

“I would recommend this workshop to others for staying on track, for professional language and a sense of humour and yet it is so insightful. I know this is only the tip of the iceberg it has opened my eyes to my own potential. Absolutely loved everything about the facilitator” - Gillianne Ray, Te Whanau Waipareira
