Visit Waitomo at the end of June for a week long of Matariki Celebrations. Join us to learn more about the Matariki story. On this immersion tour, you will get to experience the iconic glowworm caves in Te Reo Māori. Learn some new kupu (words) and enrich your cultural knowledge on a full immersion during Matariki.
No matter what stage of your Te Reo journey you're at, come along to Waitomo for a one-of-a-kind tour. Our kaimahi (guides) are excited to welcome you for a special week of celebrations and kōrero.
The entire tour experience will be spoken in Te Reo Māori, led by direct descendants of the cave’s original explorers. This is a must do for all Te Reo speakers.
