Taste of Pasifika Festival 2022

Celebrate and share the welcoming warmth of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s Pasifika communities at Taste of Pasifika Festival 2022 this June.

Taking the best from the much-loved annual Pasifika Festival, Taste of Pasifika will celebrate and share the vibrant cultures of 10 Pacific nations across three weekends with a packed programme of performance, food, art, fashion, sport and wellness, and lots of soul.

You’ll be wowed by the star-studded line-up of performers at the Taste of Pasifika Showcase; inspired by contemporary art exhibitions and traditional crafts; transported to warmer climes with delicious island food; and moved to shake every bit of your body in the 'Big Step Up' event featuring Dave (the Brown Buttabean) Letele.

Plus, you can indulge in a whole day of 'Poly Movement' and wellbeing sessions, be enlightened by young Pasifika voices leading talanoa, and let your soul sour at the Sunday Soul Sessions.

It’s all free, and happening at The Cloud with additional events on the weekends of the 11th & 12th + 18th & 19th June at Vodafone Events Centre, Auckland Zoo, and Lilyworld at Mt Smart Stadium.
