Taste of Cultures was originally inspired by our recipe book containing a collection of recipes from around the world by people from a refugee background now living in New Zealand.
It’s now an annual event celebrating diversity in our community and is a way for us to tell stories from some of the incredible people who have taken difficult journeys to Aotearoa, and safety.
Guests will enjoy delicious flavours from around the world, as expert chefs prepare a 3-course menu inspired by our recipe book. The gala dinner and auction also includes presentations and performances from some of the most skilled artists and newest Kiwis. All money raised from the event goes towards supporting the work of New Zealand Red Cross.
The event will seat 230 guests and be held at the iconic Harbourside, situated right on the Waterfront.
