Construction is fully underway for our first Neighbourhood of 34 homes in Tākaka. We are moving forward with the planning phase for Neighbourhood 2 and we're looking for more community members.

We have been talking with interested people about alternative ownership models, new house types and common spaces. We'll be at the stall, sharing our story, our plan for the neighbourhood and explaining more about our community, come along and have a chat to find out more.
