The members of T-Bone are about as eclectic as the group’s influences; a mandolin playing ex-chef from the Far North, a fiddle-playing wine importer from New Jersey, a Dublin-born spearfishing songwriter, a guitar-slinging laboratory assistant from Taranaki and a gardening double bassist from Karori. They will bring their own brand of zydeco, old-time, blues and bluegrass to the 4th Wall. Featuring a lineup of talented musicians playing fiddles, double bass, banjos and guitars, these musicians will dazzle you with a powerhouse of harmonies and unparalleled musicianship and will have your toes tapping!

GERRY PAUL is an award-winning songwriter, musician, producer and festival director. Dublin-born and raised in the Hutt Valley, Gerry spent sixteen years touring the world with Gráda and some of the biggest names in folk music including Tim O’Brien and Sharon Shannon. Gerry won the Grand Prize in the 2010 John Lennon Songwriting Contest for his children’s song Hank the Wrestling Shark. Gerry founded the Coastella Music Festival and led CubaDupa as Festival Director from 2019 - 2021 and is currently a finalist in the Wellingtonian of the Year awards. He now resides in Kerikeri in the Far North and manages the performing arts centre, The Turner Centre.

CAMERON “Dusty” BURNELL is multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter. His playing is steeped in traditional American Roots music. He has toured New Zealand extensively over the last five years as a member of The Frank Burkitt Band, The Federal String Band, The Hardcore Troubadours and as one half of the duo Kim and Dusty

RICHARD KLEIN is the real deal, all the way from New Jersey, the singing fiddler has played at all the major festivals in the Southern Hemisphere with the Le Blanc Brothers Cajun Band (Melbourne), with who he also headlined the Rainforest World Music Festival in Sarawak, Borneo. A wine importer by day, the ex-restaurateur has been bowing his fiddle for fifty years and brings a maturity to every song he sings and accompanies.

AARON STEWART is the architect of arpeggios and has a tone and feel that is rarely matched. A long time member of Mel Parson’s band and more recently the bassist in Fly My Pretties, Aaron has has more musical projects on the go than about any bassist on the Wellington music scene.

MICHAEL MUGGERIDGE hails from Taranaki with strong family ties to New Zealand folk music. Growing up a part of the Muggeridge clan, Michael leant a thing or two about guitar and mandolin. Now residing in Newtown, Wellington & playing in various groups with electric virtuosity including the Huia Express, Michael is always ready with a dirty old lick and is a vibrant addition to the T-Bone sound.
