We're excited to welcome Cheryl back to the studio after her amazing sound journey back in February.
Join Cheryl Farthing at the studio on Friday, 11th March for a Sound Bath Journey; a chance to journey inward, invite quiet space to the mind and find a sense of deep relaxation as you're guided by various different sounds in a safe and cosy space.

No previous experience is required; you will be finding a comfy position on the ground, using cushions, bolsters and blankets as Cheryl provides calming, unique sounds from her amazing collection of traditional Nepalese and Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, native American flute, sansula and other sound healing instruments.
