Whether you tuned into our livestreams during lockdown, or have been a fan from afar – we're simply FIZZING to share the magic of Shut Up & Dance with you in person.

A 45 minute dance cardio class. Wear whatever you're comfortable moving and sweating in – don't forget a water bottle!

Class starts at 8pm, arrive from 7.45pm
