By reclaiming our sensual selves, we're making it a practice to come back into union with ourselves
What is interesting is that it’s not always connected with intimacy or sexuality, but it’s most often an important part of physical and emotional healing.
The good news is that there are things we can do to spark our sensuality, which is an important aspect of health and well-being. Hooray!!!!!!!

Sensuality 101 is a safe, senses-rich and & comforting village-vibe clinic.
We explore the concept of sensuality in vibrant discussion and with inspired exercises & activities.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be safe & in a confidential environment.
I will lead you in vibrant & honest discussion and exploration of the topic of sensuality.
I will guide you through carefully considered & safe exercises utilising all of our senses, to explore your sensuality.
Your clothes remain on.

Sensuality is a way of engaging in pleasure and is a powerful life force that helps create a deeper connection with both ourselves and others.
Sensuality is not always connected to another person—we can be sensual by ourselves.
It is healing, engaging & life enforcing.
It is a vital gateway to further explore & open up in your sexuality journey.
