In these weekly sessions we will reconnect you to your body, your feelings, and your depth of being using trance states, breathwork, meditations, somatic enquiry and healing. Reawakening you to the depths of who you are within the temple of your flesh.

Nina Powell is a healer and guide who specialises in pleasure, intimacy and the reconnection and rediscovery of the depths of who you are. She works with high performing women who are craving a life that they are in love with. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution, Sexology, Somatic Sex Education and Coaching, Holistic Pelvic Care, Sexological Bodywork, and has a MSc. in Psychology. She has a passion for taking women into a reconnection with their multidimensionality and catalysing their spiritual and sexual awakening.
