This small group clinic is designed to guide & inspire you to empower yourself. You will receive direct & practical guidance, inspiration and modelling from me.

Within a safe & comforting village-vibe, will be moving, breathing, discussing anatomy, exploring, drumming and claiming back our pleasure… our flame... all with our clothes on!
