The beauty of Punjab is displayed in its rich heritage of food, hospitality and its unique culture. They celebrate their festivals with great zeal and zest, with delicious food, foot-tapping music and dance.

Punjabis are known to be hospitable, very helpful and they welcome everyone with open hearts (and of course a glass of Lassi and typical Punjabi food).

Punjabi food is rich in flavours and spices, Makke di Roti (maize bread) and Sarson da Saag (mustard leaf curry) is a traditional dish of Punjab. There are many other foods like Chole Bhathure, Kadi Chawal, but one of the all-time favourites is Tandoori Chicken!

Colourful fancy clothes, music and Bhangra ( a vibrant dance form ) are an integral part of Punjabis.

Experience this rich heritage at the Punjabi Food Festival at HILLS CHURCH hosted by Ruh Ki Baarish (Ruh Ki Baarish has brought various food festivals for the Community in the past and we celebrate all cultures).
