Poltroon

WJC presents Poltroon which features Reuben Derrick (saxophone, clarinet), Andy Wright (percussion), Isaac Smith (bass, synthesizer, clarinet), and Gerard Crewdson (brass).

Poltroon will bring a bag of Ōtautahi jazz beans and be joined by his old comrades Isaac and Gerard together with groove-maestro Andy. Together they will sow the beans, which will erupt from the grime into soundscapes haunting, ecstatic and otherworldly.

Lovebite is an intimate venue with some seating with restricted viewing of the band.
Doors open at 6.30pm with the band starting at 7.30pm. It is recommended that you arrive early to secure a seat.
