The best way to improve in any discipline, is to understand the core principles of that discipline. This workshop explores the three key principles behind partner acrobatics: connection, timing and posture. Through a variety of skills and exercises you will learn what these principles are, why they are important and how to apply them to any skill you want to learn. This will give you the tools and understanding you need to tackle any partner acrobatic movement, from two high to dynamic throws and catches.
