Pancake Day at the Brewery

As a little bit of fun, we are opening our doors Tuesday, 1 March for Pancake Day! We'll have PANCAKE BEER, stacks of pancakes from Illicit Food and pancake toppings for you to choose from. Come in and check it out from 4pm - 6:30pm.

Treat yourself, the family and even the kids, to a pancake evening, just remember to make a table booking to guarantee your seat.

PANCAKE MENU:
American Pancakes. $12
Pancakes topped with whipped sweetened cinnamon butter, bacon and banana then drizzled with maple sauce.

Romancing the pancake. $12
Fresh cooked pancakes topped with sweetened strawberries, a rich chocolate fudge sauce and whipped cream, garnished with chopped mint.

Home of the blues. $12
Blueberry pancakes, served with sweetened blueberries, served with whipped butter and maple syrup.

Seductive Salmon $12
Fresh pancakes stacked with fresh smoked salmon and topped with a lemon and dill crème fraiche, sprinkled with chopped capers.

For the love of chocolate. $12
Pancakes topped with Chocolate fudge sauce, chocolate mousse and sprinkled with chocolate flakes.

For the love of mushrooms. $12
Pancakes topped with the illicit creamy mushroom sauce, and our silky spinach with onions.Gluten-free on request.
