Oscar LaDell & Chris Armour - Live Blues

US born Oscar LaDell is crossing over the ditch from his home in Melbourne to play a special show with Wellington's guitar maestro Chris Armour to celebrate the release of their new single 'Alcohol.' Come on down to The Bent Horseshoe in Palmerston North for an intimate evening of authentic blues stylings by some of the best from either side of the Tasman!

In 2021, the duo released 'Right Kinda Wrong', a collaborative 9 song album packed with explosive 50's & 60's inspired electric blues. Driven by Richard Te One (drums) and Steve Moodie (bass), the album drips with greasy grooves and captures the vintage sound of classic Chess and Excello records artists. Oscar has since moved to Melbourne to further pursue a solo career. Catch him live at one of the few NZ shows he will be doing this year
