Poetry Jam

The weekend may be coming to an end – but don't let that get you down! Let Liz Breslin, Claudia Jardine, Ray Shipley and friends take care of your poetry needs for the final night of the festival. Expect fresh takes, wild tales and bedtime stories for the modern bibliophile.

Liz Breslin writes poems, plays, stories, reviews, articles and a fortnightly column called 'thinking allowed' for the Otago Daily Times. Claudia Jardine is a poet and musician based in Ōtautahi. Ray Shipley is an Ōtautahi-based comedian and writer, and a repeat Christchurch Poetry Slam winner.

There will also be an open mic, so bring a poem if you'd like to join the jam! Koha entry, open mic sign ups on the night.
