‘Many Dates, Many Lessons’
Lily is an introverted young woman who has never been in a romantic relationship and decides to try dating for the first time. She goes on many dates with different men in search of love and happiness.
They have all taught her different lessons. But after all these dates, she realizes that what she is seeking, is found somewhere she least expected. Told through the form of music, Oliveye performs well-known songs as well as showcases her original music from her debut EP Come Undone.
Born in Quezon City, Philippines, she immigrated to Scarborough, Ontario with her family when she was two. Her singing talent was cultivated at a very young age when her mother made her sing in front of relatives with her siblings. She grew up in performing in school musicals, vocal festivals, and concerts and graduated from Randolph Academy of the Performing Arts Triple Threat program. In her early 20’s she moved out west to Vancouver, B.C. where she discovered her love for song writing and performed at places like The Roxy and The Media Club where Sia and Carly Rae Jepsen performed earlier in their careers. Now, a Queenstown resident, Oliveye is proud to call this her home.
