Milly Bea (Begley) has been a regular face and solo musical artist on the Queenstown creative scene for many years. She is the Director of Flame Productions and is an accomplished visual artist/costume designer as well as an established musical artist. Milly has always identified with female artists and songs about and for women. Her voice is a unique blend of soul and folk and with “Femme Persuasion” Milly dives into the often neglected world of female artists in the music world. Milly enjoys taking familiar tunes and presents them with her own interpretation and presentation, alongside a few of her own compositions. (Pictured: Milly Bea)

Taylor Dossetor is a singer from Melbourne, mostly attuned with jazzy rich tones and deep sounds. She has been travelling around the country in pursuit of music for a couple of years now, spending a brief period of time in Dunedin as part of jazz/funk duo ‘The New Good’ and otherwise getting up to musical shenanigans where they are to be found. Currently busking around beautiful Queenstown’s Lake Wakatipu, you can find her making sounds under a willow tree somewhere. Vocally trained in Melbourne as a teenager, Taylor credits much of her ability to the years she spent learning from Tori Wood (vocal coach) and the multitudinous musical theatre workshopping opportunities that were abundant. Taylor looks forward to a melodious time to come in the Otago region.
