What if I told you, you could kick the diets to the curb FOREVER and transform your body and your relationship with food by simply changing HOW you ate? That’s right, you can have your cake and eat it too without any guilt.

Come along to this session where I share the joys of just one through mindfulness-based eating. Mindfulness-based eating is a simpler and easier alternative to dieting. Forget worrying about what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat, instead just focus on eating slowly and mindfully. The results are immediate. In this workshop, we’ll actually eat mindfully together so you’ll put what you learn immediately into action. Say no to diets and yes to living fully.
