Do you like live comedy? Do you like the Spooky Season? Do you want more of those two things in your life? Well, you’ve come to the right place!

Escape the madness of the Christmas season and celebrate your new favourite holiday ‘Novemberween’ with two of Tāmaki Makaurau’s favourite improv comedy groups.

Impoverished and Casual First Date are joining forces for the very first time to present this very special, very spooky comedy show for one night only. This is a 2-for-1 deal you don’t have to wait until Boxing Day sales to redeem!

In the first half of the show, Casual First Date will entertain you by transforming real life spooky stories into brand new improvised scenes in their signature show format. After you’ve enjoyed the friendly hospitality at The Factory Theatre’s great bar, return to your seat in the second half and tune in to a spooky horror radio show with Impoverished.

Impoverished have been called “highly entertaining”, “incredibly silly”, and “charming” by reviewers and were nominated for the illustrious Best Use of Mayonnaise prize at the NZ International Comedy Festival 2021.

Casual First Date have sold out shows all over Aotearoa, recently returning from an outrageously funny season at Little Andromeda Theatre in Christchurch.

Get your ticket for ‘Novemberween’ this holiday season, it’ll be a spook!

Accessibility: The Factory Theatre is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Please get in touch with us if you have any specific accessibility questions- we would love to help you to enjoy the show!

Health and Safety: If you are sick please do not come to the show. Please get in touch with the organisers as soon as possible if you’ve been unable to find a mate to give your ticket to, and we’ll sort you out :-)

Masks will be available at the theatre - wearing a mask to live shows helps to protect artists and make the arts more sustainable in Aotearoa. Please wear a mask to our show if you are able to.
