Experience Port Taranaki's amazing underwater life with one of our experienced snorkel guides - if you look carefully you might see stingray, starfish, sea anemone, a variety of fish, sea snails, octopus and so much more!

Koha/ donations are very much welcome as the money goes towards our future community snorkel days! Bring your own gear* or get free hire of our mask, snorkel, fins and wetsuits.

*Full face unicorn-style snorkels not accepted, gear will be checked over by staff for safety

COVID19 SAFETY
We can't wait to reconnect with you all and to help you explore our coastal backyard. We have always strived to be as inclusive as possible with all our events, however, we are in unprecedented times, which means the safety of our crew, volunteers and participants are paramount.

- Vaccination certificates for all those ages 12 and over will be required for all* public events in the COVID Traffic Light Framework for the summer of 2021/22 (*unless specified otherwise).

- Participants under 12 years of age will need to be accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent or guardian.

- All participants will need to use face coverings and distance where practical.

- Please bring the QR code for My Vaccine Pass on your phone or printed to be scanned & verified at the event. You will need to bring your photo ID. Some events may require your vaccination status to be verified prior to registration.

- EMR offers private user-pays snorkel experiences slightly differently to our public community snorkel events which allow for flexibility with vaccination status. Please contact us for private user-pays bookings.
