Neotectonic are finally back with their second ever concert - Songs of Winter Solace.

After a year of countless disruptions, Neotectonic Vocal Ensemble are thrilled to be back singing for an audience on Sunday, July 17th 2022 at 4pm in the historic Alberton House in Mount Albert.

This informal friends and whānau concert is sure to warm your heart with motets and madrigals by Renaissance composers Byrd, Victoria, and Morley alongside Folk songs and arrangements from the UK and Aotearoa by such composers as Britten and Princess Te Rangi Pai. Other musical items include works by Vaughn Williams, Debussy, Paulus, and more! They are joined in this concert by collaborative pianist Moira Pascoe for solo songs sung by members of the ensemble.

Entry to the concert is by koha with a suggested donation of $15 - this also gives you access to the historic Alberton House which is usually $10. Entry is limited to 60 people - first in first served, so be sure to arrive early for entry and to explore the house.
