About Sara:
Where I come from in Meknes, Morocco, traditionally sharing food is one of the main highlights of any gathering.
I’ve been away from home for a while now, Yet I managed to keep and share that tradition with my Kiwi friends.
I grew up in a culture where food is a passion and lots of flavor is guaranteed with each meal.
My mom was a wonderful full-time house wife, therefore she enjoyed spending a lot of time in the kitchen. Although she would get quite territorial about her kitchen,I have managed to join her growing up, and ask as many questions as possible. I feel privileged to have had the chance to acquire the knowledge my mom has inherited from her mother.
If you’re craving that authentic Moroccan Tagine, alongside some mouth-watering appetizers, look no more!
Bring your appetite and join me to learn my country's recipes. We’ll share stories and the delicious food!
