Have you ever wanted to live and work in Japan?
Come talk to some people who've done it!

- Every year, a diverse range of New Zealanders representing a variety of backgrounds, ages, interests, and cultures start a life-changing adventure in Japan-and next year that could include you!
- With applications currently open for the New Zealand JET Programme (until the 5th of December!!), you may have questions about what it's actually like to be sent off to live and teach in Japan for a year or more!
- The JET Alumni Association of Wellington, in coordination with The Embassy of Japan, have organised a casual evening event for prospective applicants to ask those questions, and hear some stories to help make a better decision to see if the JET Programme is right for you.

Q&A event details
Date: 20th October 2022
Time: 17:30 - 19:30
Location: Yoshi Sushi & Bento (Press Hall, Willis Street)
Doors open at 5:30, with Q&A starting at 6:00.

So come along and bring your friends to this great opportunity to meet a handful of the thousands of Kiwis who've taken part in this programme over the past 35 years. Anyone interested in applying is welcome to attend!

What is the Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Programme, you ask?

- A New Zealand citizen?
- Already graduated?
(OR will have your Bachelor's Degree/Teaching Diploma conferred by early July 2023?)
- Interested in international activities?
- Interested in teaching English to young people and living in Japan?
