Join Wellington Museum and community group Stitch and Butch for a crafter-noon of knitting, crochet or your favourite, wholesome hobby.

Stitch and Butch is a bunch of kind, supportive queers who meet regularly and craft together. You might recognise their “yarn-bombs” on the streets of Wellington. Their Kaupapa is based on friendship and celebrating the rainbow community.

Drop-in, bring along your own project or start something new with the materials provided. Let’s have a yarn!

About Stitch and Butch:

Stitch and Butch started in 2014 and meet on the first and third Monday at 5pm – 8pm at Leuven on Featherston St.

About Aiga Nuanua:

Aiga Nuanua is a series of events produced by Wellington Museum reflecting Pride values and telling LGBTQIA+ stories.
