Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

The course starts on Tuesday 31 May 2022. Classes are 7 - 9 pm over four consecutive Tuesdays.

What makes Lebanese cuisine so special? The mixture of Lebanese herbs and spices create taste explosions which making the food so popular. Lebanese food is also one of the most heathy cuisines in the world with its mixture of grains and low-fat options such as hummus, tabbouleh and other dips and salads. Come along and learn to create some authentic, delicious and healthy Lebanese dishes.

Course fee includes $50 ingredients per student. Bring a tea towel each evening, plus a container for any leftovers.
