Learn about Kauri Ora/Kauri Dieback

This event is part of Conservation Week 2022.

The Department of Conservation and Whangarei District Libraries Funtime team have joined together to bring you Kauri Ora – an opportunity to learn more about our most majestic trees for preschoolers and their whānau.
The three Kauri Ora events will be held during the Whangarei District Libraries Funtimes:

Tuesday 6 September 10-10.45am Tikipunga Library

Wednesday & Thursday 7&8 September 10-10.45am Whangarei Central Library

Come and meet a dancing Kauri tree, DOC representatives and join in the stories, singing, dancing and enter a colouring in competition.
