Happening every Thursday in August, our Koha classes have no specific charge and are in exchange for a gift or a donation that we then donate to the following charities (and more!)
The amazing Adapted Pay it Forward programme which includes Christchurch Aunties, Christchurch City Mission, Salvation Army, Christchurch Resettlement services.
These classes are run by our amazing Yoga Teacher Trainees under the guidance of our senior teachers.
They are open to anyone that wants to attend (you do not have to be a current member of our Adapted family).
