Level 1= Beginner friendly, no experience needed.
Students will bring along their own knives and learn some basic sharpening techniques.
This is a “hands on” sharpening experience for beginners where you’ll learn to test if a knife is sharp, how to sharpen a knife and maintain it.
Bring at least one knife of your choice to sharpen, you are welcome to bring more than one knife, how many can be sharpened will depend on the condition of each blade. If you have any sharpening tools you are welcome to bring them along.
During the class we will be using several grades of diamond shaping stones, diamond files and leather strops to sharpen your knife.
