The Retreat
Kind Heart Retreat with Geshe Sangey Thinley
The cultivation of loving-kindness; compassion; joy; and equanimity ~ is a rich suite of practices that opens the heart, counter the distortions in our relationships to ourselves, and deepen our relationships with others. We can achieve this through understanding and developing the practice of patience…

Ven. Geshe Sangey Thinley, fondly known as Geshe-la - is no ordinary teacher.
Over eighty years old and has been a Buddhist monk since he was six years old, Geshe-la has dedicated his entire life to spiritual practice.

With Geshe-las years of teachings and practices, he has the skill and ability to open our hearts and minds to the possibility of developing these immeasurable qualities.

Geshe-la will teach in Tibetan, translated into English by Anton Weiersmuller.
